One of the best bits about grassroots football is seeing the progress individuals and teams make over the course of a season.
The going hasn’t always been easy for the U9 Juniors this term, but they continue to give their all in every game, and with every passing week are improving.
Against Park Tigers, in the Jack Kalson Junior league last weekend, they highlighted exactly how far they have come – keeping their shape well, always looking to work the ball through the thirds and enjoying some good spells of possession.
The show of support from the sidelines was equally as impressive, as you can see from some of those players patiently waiting to get back on the field.
