With the rare luxury of a near full-strength squad to choose from, the U13 Colts made a return to winning ways on Sunday, playing some of their best football of the season in their victory over Broughton Ravers.

Man-of-the match was returning striker Thomas – who helped himself to a hat-trick – with his running off the ball, positioning and work rate complementing a clinical performance in front of goal.

There were plenty of contenders for the team’s Awards FC trophy, with Will starring at the back, Blake brilliant out wide and Archie putting in another tireless display up front.

Well done to them for their contributions, and the rest of the side for an impressive all-round effort.
