Well done to the U8 Colts’ Alfie D, who was back to his best with a livewire performance in the team’s Jack Kalson Junior League clash at Barton Juniors on Saturday.

He produced an attacking masterclass – going on tricky runs, showing silky skills and possessing a constant attacking threat – on his way to being named player of the match in what was an entertaining, back-and-forth affair between two well-organised teams.
