As part of our continued efforts to be a progressive and inclusive grassroots football club, we want to hear from all of our parents about their experiences of the season just completed.

We’ve emailed a link to a special Google Feedback Form that we’d like everyone to complete to gauge opinions on what we’re doing well as a club, and – more importantly – how we can do better.

All email addresses that were involved in registering players at the start of the season should have been sent the form. Please check your junk folder if it’s not made it to your inbox.

As we know time is precious – particularly during the summer months (just ask our coaches!) – we’ve tried to keep the number of questions to a minimum.

While we’re happy to accept anonymous responses, there’s the option to provide your name and a contact number if there’s an issue you feel needs further discussion.
