Thanks to all those businesses that have been in touch with either coaches or parents of our teams to enquire about pitch sponsorship for the much-anticipated return of the SJFC Annual Invitational Tournament this summer.
We’ll be looking to firm up interest and speak to companies over the next couple of weeks, but are now actively seeking additional sponsors to those who’ve already been in contact.
As well as promoting your business, sponsorship is an opportunity to show your support for grassroots football – the majority of which functions on an incredible amount of work being done by an all too often small number of volunteers.
Income from the tournament – which we’ve desperately missed during the last three Covid-19 and pitch affected summers – will go towards ensuring the club can continue to thrive, supporting areas such as the provision of new equipment, coaching course costs and certifications and work to provide a new storage pavilion.
We will have pitches in use on the day, packages for several of which have already been provisionally sold.
The cost of pitch sponsorship is £70, which will see your business promoted on signage throughout the day, on fixture information presented to all teams and, of course, via our social media channels.
