Well done to Ashton and Noah on picking up player of the match honours in the U9 Saints’ opening Jack Kalson Junior League game of the season.

They were part of what was a great team performance against Gainsborough Trinity Blues on a bright sunny morning at the Village Hall.

Reflecting on the display, coach Paul said: “Today’s match was a great example of possession football, great passing and movement. One of their finest performances yet.”
